Friday night (practice night) allows racers to check in with registration, get their race bid, t-shirt, racer bag and do some practice runs.
If a safety check item needs to be resolved; Friday night is the time.
Individual racer times within Age categories will be posted in multiple locations on Saturday on the hill.
If you miss your row/lane position in a heat, there is no way to shuffle in staging to accomodatge your racer. You will miss that heat race.
So, please be "race ready" early so you get the mininum 3 races.
Here is the Schedule for Saturday
• First up is the 12-13-14 Age group with wheels rolling sharply at 7:30am so racers should be race ready at 7
• Next up is the 9-10-11 Age Group starting at 9:00 with race ready by 8:30
• VIP races are scheduled for 11:45 Race ready by 11:15 . Racers can access food and refreshments
• The Final group is the largest group 6-7-8 starting at 1:15pm with race ready at 12:45
It is strongly suggested you do your registration to get your welcome package (pinny/shirt...)on Friday night. Racers can leave their carts on the hill for easy access on Saturday (tarps or covers are welcome). Security is on race hill overnight.
If you have any inspection deficiencies, Friday night the volunteers/scale will be at the top of the hill under the green canopy starting around 4PM. You must get clearance before registration will provide your welcome package.
Friday Volunteer setup team for hill and the practice runs is in place. Hope to start practice racing just after 6:00pm.
